1 pckg (18oz) Oreo cookies, finely crushed
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 12 oz. pckg of semisweet chocolate chips
Mix 3 c. of cookie crumbs with cream cheese until well blended. Shape into 42 1" balls and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet in refrigerator. Pour chips into microwave safe glass bowl, microwave on high for 1 min. Stir, and if necessary, microwave for 30 additional seconds. Stir until chips have melted and chocolate is smooth. Dip balls in chocolate, sprinkle with leftover cookie crumbs and place on waxed paper lined sheet. Refrigerate one hour until firm, store leftovers tightly covered in refrigerator.
